Cloth Face Masks

WOW, customer service the way it should be!!! I had ordered KN95 masks from them previously & they fit fine. But then my next order I received KN95 masks that were too big. So I wrote a review saying they were too big. Almost immediately I received an email with tracking but not showing any product, although I had not made a further purchase, so I was confused! But then I received a replacement order of masks for the masks that were too big. I had not even requested replacements. I cannot think of another company that has been so generous and thoughtful. And, the replacement masks fit perfectly. And they told me via email that they are always working so next time I order just send an email also and they will make sure I get the smaller masks. It was Labor Day weekend that they took their time to make my order right. These are good, decent people and by the way, I think it is family owned and operated. You will be happy to give them your business.

I had ordered about $90 worth or masks in mid-May since I share them with my family since the pandemic started. And I had it delivered
to my new apartment, after chasing down the doorman and the super of the building, it looks like the shipment was missing. I wrote Brookwood on Sunday and I already got a response for a replacement shipment on Monday. Now that is exceptional customer service, they will continue to get my business until this whole pandemic goes away some day.

I get the onslaught of negative comments but I sent an email and decided to alternate an out of stock item for one that was in stock & it was shipped immediately. Understand that items get held up in customs and a lot of factors are out of their control…the masks were for my toddler and I was angry for the same reasons. Omicron was spreading here in TX & I was on edge. Give them a chance—they really are great at resolving issues. As for the masks—they are wonderful, a rare character print (Doraemon) and have a great secure fit. My 4YO is able to wear them for long periods of time because they don’t stick to her nose. I will DEFINITELY order from these folks again! This is coming from someone with a prime membership that can basically order anything with 1-2 day shipping. The customer service was great. Support this business!

We ordered the red Mickey masks for my five year old to wear for a trip to Disney. They were so cute and fit him well once we knotted the straps. They do have a strong dye smell when you first open, but they were fine after we aired them out for a few days. Best of all, they were effective! We've been home for 8 days and tested a couple times and did not bring home the one souvenir no one wants.

I've purchased KN95s and KF94s from Brookwood Medical quite a few times now.

After the winter break, when cloth masks were no longer recommended during the omicron surge, I took a chance ordering from this company. I am thoroughly impressed with the quality and fit of both their adult and children's masks. Additionally, their customer service is nothing less than outstanding!

I'm one of those "don't normally write reviews" people, but in this case, I owed it to them.

My most recent order seemed to be lost in transit, via the shipping company. I kept checking the delivery status, with no luck. After contacting Brookwood, they responded quickly and overnighted my missing order. From that experience alone, they've gained a loyal customer for life! I've been recommending Brookwood Medical's masks to family and friends like it's my job (even more so now), lol.

This is an excellent mask for me. I need to wear one for several hours at a time while working and this one is quite comfortable and breathable. I love the fact that you can wash it and replace the filters. The after purchase customer service is also quite good from Brookwood Medical and I appreciate it very much! I bought 2 of these and probably won't need another for a long time.

I loved the masks I purchased for my family for our Disney trip. However, while at Disney the valve on my mask fell off without me knowing. I expressed my concern to Brookwood and they immediately sent me new valves without me even asking. Excellent customer service and I’m so happy I get to continue to wear my mask, especially since I’m an elementary teacher.

I bought one for both of my boys.
My first Son works at A jail, and has bad allergies when working outside.
He loves the mask with replaceable filters.

My second son works breaking up stone. The dust from that isn’t good to breathe.
But the filters keep it out.
He loves the look , his 11 year old says daddy you look like Bane lol.
Both are happy.
So moms happy too.

The black face masks are made well. I prefer them over any other type of mask. Does not itch my nose like some others that have micro fuzz and it's loose enough to breath without sucking in toward face and nose. Although some might prefer a tighter fit, I believe this makes the mask more tolerable to others. Easy fit to double up and wear two if you prefer.
Shipment and packaging were top notch too. I recommend both product and company.
